1 cup of water

2 cups butter

1 cup of oil

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp kosher salt

Directions

Start by grinding ginger root in a food processor until smooth. Mix in flour, salt and dried vanilla extract and combine until smooth. Add in dry butter, coconut oil and water, and pulse until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. To make the vanilla extract, add in 2 cups of the water and vanilla extract; add butter in the mix.
