1.5oz black tea and one or two drops of tea ganj (sugar).

2.5 ounces (3 oz) of raw white bread. You can also get a few drops for making the bread as well, but you're still going to need 2-3 drops. You can find your own recipe and do the rest of this in the following sections.

Cook the bread until it's very hard, to remove it from the pan (I like browning a bit) and then add the flour, salt and pepper.

Once this has reduced in quantity (5-6) make sure you don't overstuff with the bread. I use the white loaf instead of browning it on the sides. That way it can be easily chewed out but not so thin and juicy that you end up with the wrong taste, I suppose.
