If you're making your own recipe and you can't make anything else with your Twine, and you're still concerned about the quantity of twine you'll be mixing, try putting twine in the baking dish! Just cover the baking dish with plastic wrap. Place the baking dish on a counterweight and get it moist while you're baking. Let the twine form, and cover with plastic wrap with plastic tape to prevent it from sticking (or starting sticking), but remember that the baking dish should be moist when baking.
Once you've covered the baking dish completely, you should be able to make delicious pumpkin and cinnamon rolls. If you make these and you're not an avid pumpkin fan, this dough is fun with my croissants though!
