The plan came about after about two years where the property was bought with funds from the Community Reinvestment and Community Reinvestment District.

The money was allocated to developing new land, building new infrastructure and improving water quality.

The land was sold for $6 million by developers on Wednesday.

It will become a separate, separate building on the property for two years. The ground will be converted in 2016 to produce food for the community and the local community to make it "more productive."

The land is to be used for up to six more years for local agriculture.
